Full Stack Developer - GenAI & Innovation
About the Role
We are looking for a curious and versatile Full Stack Developer who enjoys building new things, experimenting with emerging technologies, and turning ideas into working solutions quickly.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone comfortable working across the full technology stack and already using Generative AI tools as part of their daily development workflow. You will work on a variety of projects, including proof-of-concepts, internal tools, customer-facing applications, AI-powered solutions, and cloud-native systems.
We are looking for someone who has moved beyond the early stages of their career and is comfortable taking ownership of features and solutions, working independently, and delivering production-quality software. At the same time, the ideal candidate remains curious, adaptable, and excited about learning new technologies, approaches, and ways of working.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied technical challenges, learns continuously, and can balance experimentation with practical business value.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain modern web applications across the full stack
- Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate business ideas
- Build AI-powered applications using modern LLM technologies, APIs, and cloud services
- Use Generative AI tools to accelerate software development, problem-solving, and delivery quality
- Create integrations with third-party APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders on technical discovery and solution design
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies where they create clear business value
- Contribute to improving development processes, tooling, and engineering best practices
What We're Looking For
Required
- Strong experience in full stack web development
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
- Experience designing and building scalable backend services and APIs
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar
- Experience building backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Regular, hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS serverless services
- Experience building applications with LLMs and Generative AI technologies
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, AI agents, MCP, and modern AI application patterns
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including gathering requirements, understanding business needs, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
